ISLAND CHRISTMAS LIGHT DESTINATIONS
North Ridge Avenue – right off of Citrona. Loop through a winter wonderland of lights, characters, music and Christmas cheer! The preparations have already started so keep an eye out for the lights to start twinkling as the holiday approaches!
Amelia Park – This is a favorite for all the holidays but Christmas is adorable! Lots of lights and cute houses! Entrances off 14th Street and Citrona Avenue.
Ocean Reach – Off of Will Hardee Drive. This neighborhood is a small area that really gets into the holiday spirit as well! Lights. Decorations. And I personally have a family member in there who puts a large classic “Leg Lamp” from A Christmas Story on the porch.
Downtown Fernandina – There will be plenty of holiday hoopla happening on Centre St. but you won’t want to miss all the trees and businesses draped in lights and Christmas decor all season!
Lakewood – This neighborhood, also off Will Hardee, was THE SPOT for trick-or-treating on Halloween so I know they will be just as festive for Christmas!
