Sheet Pan Shrimp Fajitas

Yummy yummy yummy!


1 lb cooked shrimp 
Cajun seasoning
1 Tablespoon of olive oil
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1/2 red onion
Cajun seasoning (I used a mix of cumin, blackening, & jerk seasoning)
Soft flour tortillas 


Place shrimp in warm water to thaw. 

Once thawed, peel off shells and tails.

Slice peppers and onion.

Toss shrimp, peppers, onion, olive oil, and cajun seasoning in a large bowl.

Once all mixed and evenly coated, place ingredients on cookie sheet evenly spread.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Monitor shrimp and vegetables while cooking.

Once cooked, pile on flour tortillas, add guacamole and BAM! Delicious!
