14 oz smoked sausage- sliced
4 Potatos -sliced
half an onion- slices
dash of hot sauce
2 garlic gloves – minced
1tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
seasoning- I used a mixture of what I had in my cabinet- Italian seasoning, Rosemary, thyme, basil, salt, pepper.
first I heated the olive oil in a pan, then put the potato slices in with rosemary, salt and pepper.
Make sure your Potatos are heating well and continue to stir them in the pan, it takes a little bit to cook them through.
Once Potatos are pretty well cooked through put in sausage, onion and rest of seasonings. I put some hot sauce on while cooking (just a little). I stirred everything in pan making sure to heat all the items.
Keep on heat until onions are soft and sausage is heated. Once finished I put a little Sriracha on top for some spice and yummy!
