Tuna Salad Two Ways!

Nothing like a tuna fish sandwich on fresh bread! YUM! In our house we have a tuna salad battle. Mark prefers a sweet tuna salad. I prefer tuna salad..not so sweet! But I’ll eat it both ways, I mean lets be real.

Ashley’s Tuna Salad

INGREDIENTS:

2 cans of white albacore tuna

3 tablespoons of mayo (I prefer Hellmans)

1/2 cup of diced celery

1/2 cup of diced onions

2 boiled eggs (I remove the yolk once boiled)

3 dashes of crystal hot sauce

salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Drain tuna completely.

Mix in a large bowl: Tuna (make sure to separate tuna with a fork), Boiled eggs, celery, onions. mayo & 3 dashes of hot sauce and salt pepper. Chill. Toast some bread and pile it on 🙂 YUM!

Mark’s Tuna Salad

INGREDIENTS:

2 cans of white albacore tuna

3 tablespoons of miracle whip

1 heaping tablespoon of sweet relish

2 boiled eggs (mark leaves yolk in after boiled)

Salt & pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Drain tuna well. Mix in large bowl: tuna, boiled eggs. mayo, relish and salt and pepper.

CHILL & serve 🙂 Mark prefers his bread not toasted for his sandwich.
