Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs {Ashley style}

So I did the Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs again, I mean I make them all the time because hey are delicious. But this time I did a quick version and I probably will do it this way forever lol.

So I bought the pre made fresh meatballs at publix, back in the meats. Not frozen. Then I got my pack of string cheese, pasta noodles (I used thin spaghetti this time but have used tons of others before, all good), fave red sauce (publix had buy 1 get 1 on some), and shredded mozzarella cheese and shredded Parmesan cheese. Oh and Italian seasoning!

Super easy- so I took 6 or 7 cheese sticks and cut them into chunks. Then set them in the freezer for about 15 minutes. Once they are pretty chilly, I start placing them inside my meatballs. I just made a little hole with my thumb and stuck it in forming the meat ball around it. Once all stuffed I placed them in a casserole dish and covered them with the whole jar of red sauce. Sprinkle a good portion of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top, bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Make sure meat is cooked through, boil your pasta and all done. Dinner is served.

The home made meatballs are wonderful if you have the time to make them!
