Hogan Hamburger Scramble
2 lbs hamburger meat
1 can diced tomatoes (Italian style)
1 cup fresh mushrooms
2 gloves garlic chopped
Half onion chopped
2 tablespoons red sauce (such as Prego spaghetti sauce)
3 shakes of lawrys seasoning salt
1 1/2 cups hot water
1 cup uncooked rice
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
brown and cook onions in skillet until done.
Once cooked. Drain and add water, tomatoes, mushrooms, all seasonings. Mix well.
Add uncooked rice, stir well.
Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
Serve with shredded cheese (optional)
