Uhaul anyone? πŸ™ˆ

Um hey guys so funny story..

we moved again.

I kid you not, we fricken moved again.

Just want to keep everyone on their toes, can’t stay in one place too long. πŸ˜‘πŸ™„

so…let me start over…we moved in with my dad to try to hurry our “house buying” process up a little bit. Well that didn’t work. If anything it slowed it down. So we were in a hurry to get on our own again and we rushed into an adorable little apartment in Amelia Park! Well all the while the neighbor downstairs from my dad was moving out. My dad talked to the landlord and we got a great deal and decided to take it. It’s a 3 bedroom 2 bath with a fireplace across from the beach. No brainer. So here we are. Hopefully for awhile. Lol. Hogan adventures.

but on a more positive note..since moving closer to the beach we decided to sort of switch up our house decor theme. And re decorating is always fun!!

ella bear is one year old. What?!?! But I just gave birth to her a couple days ago!! Sweet girl! #stpatricksdaybaby πŸ€πŸ’š

Her party is this weekend and I’m super excited. We are doing it at home, with mostly family. Found some super cute decorations at target on sale! And also it’s St. Patrick’s day so I lucked out on that too! Also I made my first chalkboard sign πŸ’…πŸΌ

my bestie came in town this past weekend, so that was amazing. Girl time was sooooo overdue. I’m so grateful for my best friends, even though we don’t see each other everyday or live miles apart I’m so thankful to have those people that I have that connection with! ,many many  years of friendship and wonderful times together, kids, marriage, ups and downs! She got some amazing mommy daughter shots. Love her so much! These pics are so precious! It was hard because the bugs were bad and Ella baby was restless but she managed to captures some great shots!

and just a little catch up from last month and the last time I posted..Mark and I went to GA to visit his family, ate a breakfast sandwich from subway and got the worst food poisoning we have ever had. Had to go to the Emergency Room and our family had to stay with us for like 3 days. K so that was awful. Nana was here all last month and that was fun! Lots of shopping and eating and shopping and more eating. it was rough. lol. Also on Super Bowl weekend I saw Jax & Schwartz at Publix!

Oven Baked Shredded Chicken Tacos

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet Old El Paso Hot & Spicy Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 can sweetened corn
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomato, drained
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can Old El Paso Chopped Green Chiles
  • 10 Old El Paso Stand and Stuff Taco Shells
  • 1 can black beans (drained)
  • 2 cups Mexican Blend Cheese, shredded
  • Toppings such as Old El Paso sliced Jalapenos, sour cream, salsa, chopped cilantro, shredded lettuce, or any of your favorite taco toppings!

So I made my “mexican shredded chicken” that I make a lot for other recipes. I make it in my crock pot. so basically I add 2-3 chicken breasts, depending on the size and who is eating. then I add 1 can of corn, 1 can of drained and rinsed black beans, 1/2 cup onion, 1 can diced tomato, 1 can green chiles, 1 packet taco seasoning and 3 cups of chicken broth all to the crock pot. cook until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken breast from crock pot and shred. Once all shredded, place back in crock pot and let the chicken soak up the juice. Then making sure to use a slotted spoon, scoop a heaping scoop into the stand and stuff tacos, making sure all the juice has drained off the scoop so your taco shell doesn’t get soggy. Once all your shells are stuffed, top with your shredded cheese. I added tons of cheese. I stacked all the tacos in a deep casserole dish. Bake on 350 degrees until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.

so FREAKING good.

Ravioli Casserole

  • 25oz frozen cheese ravioli (keep the pasta frozen)
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 3 cups parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Pour 1 cup of the spaghetti sauce into the bottom of a 9×13 dish. Layer with half of the frozen ravioli & half of the mozzarella cheese. Layer the other half of the frozen ravioli, remaining cup of spaghetti sauce, & remaining cup of mozzarella cheese over top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake, covered with aluminum foil, for 30 minutes. Remove tin foil & continue to cook for 10-15 minutes. Sometimes I will turn the oven up to broil at the very end for a minute to brown the top a little bit more, but that’s not necessary.

So yeah. A bunch deliciousness going on with all those.

Ok until next time loves 🍍🍍🍍🍍
