4 sleeps til my birthday 🎈

Its Monday again. Poo.

so this weekend was really fun! Friday night we all went downtown and ate at Timotis and let Riley play on the pirate ship! I got the Poke Bowl & a cup of T’s Chowder. Omg DELISH. Definitely recommend Timotis, if you have never been ya need to try it. Saturday consisted of pedicures & thrift shopping with my sweet sister. Love her so much. Thankful for what an amazing sister & aunt she is to the girls.

my awesome goodwill finds:

Saturday she babysat the nuggets and Mark and I went out on the town. Planned on dinner Β & a movie again, but ended up at Chilis at the bar eating table side guacamole and getting sloshed on 2-4-1’s. You just can’t beat it hah. So we skipped the movie and went to the turtle instead. Jammed out to loud rap music all the way there like we were 17. The Turtle had an amazing band playing that we loved. Jammed out there too. Much needed night for us. Sunday we got up & went to publix and spent WAY to damn much money. Which usually happens. Got some good eats though. Pictures will be coming soon of what I whip up. Came home, grilled burgers & dogs and ate like 5lbs of buffalo chicken dip.

Anybody want the recipe?! πŸ˜ƒ Cool here it is:

2 cups shredded cooked chicken – I used Hormel canned chicken.
1 (8 oz. pkg.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup FRANK’S RedHot buffalo sauce.
1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
1/2 cup crumbled bleu cheese or your favorite shredded cheese – I used a Mexican blend.

I put it all together in a pot on the stove and just kept mixing it all together. Made sure everything was melty and cheesy and then dipped some tortilla chips in it. Super easy.

After all the delicious food we went for a beach walk up to sliders, let Riley play on the playground while we tried some dessert πŸ˜›πŸ˜πŸ˜³.

We ordered the Sorbet Tasting thing..super good. And super good presentation. So they bring it out on a plate and on the plate is a thick slab of ice with two holes in it and in the holes are big scoops of ice cream. Um yes. We got mango & chocolate coconut. So good!

Ella has been doing this new snorty thing where she will literally snort at you over and over and it is seriously hysterical and the cutest thing ever.

Snorty Angel.

My birthday is on Friday and we will be Disney bound! Literally beyond excited! Can’t wait to see my babies experience it! I got them some little outfits of course!

tonight for dinner we had cheesy chicken corn and rice casserole. So good:

RECIPE: In the crock pot!

4 chicken breast- mine were frozen still

1 can of cream of chicken soup

1 chopped onion

1 cup cheddar cheese

1 can of corn

1 box of dinner rice (I used uncle bens chicken rice)

First I put in my frozen chicken, then sprinkled the chopped onions on top, then poured out the cream of chicken over the chicken and onions. Cooked that on high for about 3 hours- keep watching and cook chicken through. (I started shredding the chicken as it cooked all the way). Once all cooked I then prepared the rice on stove as directed. Drain the corn and pour it in the crock pot, once the rice is cooked all the way pour it in the crock pot. Too all of it with the cheese and slowly mix it all together. Once it’s all heated and mixed it’s ready to go. We added hot sauce to our plate later so It wasn’t spicy for Riley. Hot sauce was delicious with it πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ.

I know what you’re thinking. Oh wow she can put chicken in a crock pot, big whoop, but I just recently started cooking this much and am really enjoying it. Most of these meals are simple, fast, cheap, kid friendly meals for the family πŸ™‚

My babe brought me home flowers tonight. Love him forever. ❀️❀️❀️

Excited for the Fargo premier tonight- never seen it.

Night night ✌🏼️
